Could VC be a Casualty of the Recession?

Definitely worth a read if you are an Entrepreneur. I totally agree with the findings in this post. I’d much rather build a company to profitability vs. revenue growth. Profits are really the mother’s milk of a business.

Working with investors is a full time job – and if you’re already out of alignment on something as trivial as “did you file your 83b election on time?” (yes we did) then you need to move on.

Remember VC’s are NOT your customer.
